How do I make my blocks appear on every page.?

I would like my blocks to be avialable one every page, so that the content loads in between them. But when I check the block modules i cant seem to find out how to get them to load.

I want all my chosen blocks to appear for registered users and a few to appear for non registered users.

1. Administration Menu / System Admin icon / Blocks

Edit the block you are interested in (you may have to adjust the filter to see it in the list) and in the 'Visible in' list select 'All Pages'.

2. Administration Menu / System Admin icon / Groups

Select Anonymous Users - Modify and check/uncheck the blocks that anonymous users should see.

For registered users do the same, Groups Main / Registered Users - Modify.
