Xoops 2.0.6 (latest available in downloads)

I have set anonymous access to see articles as a start page, Partners and Top Links as blocks on the right hand side. Navigating articles is fine. However if I click onto a partner link or web link I get the "Sorry, you don't have the permission to access this area." error.

If I set module access rights to Partners and Links, then anonymous users can add new partners and new web links, which I don't want to happen (I need them to register first unsurprisingly).

I've searched through and cannot find anyone having this problem. I've tried the bit on hittin reload before the page refreshes and that doens't work.

Is this a feature or a bug? In any event, does anyone know a workaround?
