Forum not working right

I can not add to my forum, it comes back and tells me I have no mod. and I check it. Am I the only one that has this problem

. Other than that I like XOOPS very much.

Ok first thing to do is to make sure you create a category before you create a forum

If that tidbit doesn't help here are a couple pieces of information that will be helpful in diagnosing this problem:

(if possible) Steps to reproduce this problem.
