How can i sindicate xml adress of a web site with news in a new block?

Using the Headlines module will allow you to do this. You can see news syndication in action on my site, both in a block on the main page and on a separate page.

I also would like to display single feeds, each one in a separate block. The headline modul displays one block for all feeds

Then I suggest using <javascript> in a separate HTML block for each feed. Using separate RSS/XML feeds on their own in a separate block is beyond my abilities.
