Looking for the seven_blue theme

I found a theme called seven_blue over at xoops-themes.org but it isn't available as a download.

Does anyone know where I can get it?

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any way to download any of the themes on that page. I tried logging in, just in case it was for members only. No dice. I even used IE to see if that would help. Nothing.

Any ideas?
