I didn't see a forum for posting requests... so forgive me if this post is in error..
First... I am in immediate need for a simple Real Estate Listing module.. I have tried various scripts (like open-realty) and they are good but way to many whistles and bells
One where i can upload a pic or two and have the property info, searchable, with notification, etc....

Second a branch directory for a small business that has the ability to have the location and contact info of the office and then the employees there (with there email/phone, i have tried xdirectory (great module, i use on another site) but I need the ability to list the employees...

Any help would be cool...

You might want to try no-ah kstore for your real estate dealie. It is a store script, but, apparently you can modify fields and add new fields... You can have a category (let's say by location or price range) and then a bunch of pics in that category. Clicking on that pic would take you to detail info for that item (property).

i am using a real estate script but it ain't easy to implemend it into xoops

untill now i will use this one because it has nice features like virtual tour, send to friend, interactive images, quicklist, mortgage calculator,...
