I have a website and we are moving it to xoops.
It is a old postnuke site.

My partner thinks that statistics and top 10 data is really important for our users (he is more in contact with the users than me).

We were unable to find a statistics module that work.

We have webtrends, we know everything about the site visitors, but we need a statistics module for the users!
(just like the nukes statistics)

Also we need a "top 10" page.

I've found some statistics blocks and also is possible to have a "top news" "top links " and other Top blocks

But I wonder if there is a way to have a "TOP" page with all those blocks inside it.

Just a link in the main page that take you to the TOP page , full of blocks

There are at least a couple of ways to do what you want. The easiest is to grab one of those one page modules... For instance, About, or Impressum. All you have to do is change their link name in the modules administration page, and to make sure they actually have no content. Then set those blocks to show only in that specific module. That's it.
