Hi Jen,

I took a look at you themes. Here's some comments;

"please let me know" should be a link I think? (1st para.)

Top panel is very large (deep), It's fine for my 1600x1200 screen but what about 800x600?

Nice clear layout and simple design invites viewers to browse. Also Like the strong colours, especially "newtheme"

Thanks for posting the invite and good luck with XOOPS development!

Richard

Nice header, very daring. I like when people play with spaces, the hell with standard webdesign rules. Be free, like this theme...

Chapeau!!!!!

Re: New Theme

I like that the themes are not simply a new color scheme and logo. I love your use of color and bold graphics. I noticed some things you may want to look at...

In Mozilla Firebird, the summer theme has a slight hitch. The beach "layer" in the background goes up above your three content columns by about 20 pixels. It's not glaring, but, is noticable.

In IE 5.5, the summer theme has other problems. The header image is shrunk down and shoved to the upper right. The orange "beach row" drops below that overlays your content.

You may find this site handy for your future testing. A quick way to show your clients how their site will look across all the different browsers out there:

wow thanks for that link. I think when you were looking at the site in IE 5.5 was when I was messing around with the size of the graphics. I looked at the site you siggested at the 5.5 looks ok on that now. I see what you mean about netscape. Does anyone know how to have a 0 padding on netscape? Im not very cross browser compatible.
