I'm an Admin over at volarigamers and I have a question about the XOOPS toold bar on the left of the page. We use IPB for the forum, but XOOPS for submitting news and whatnot...The irritating thing is the XOOPS bar on the left that crops up the board. Is there some kind of option or "button" that a user can click to "hide" the XOOPS bar?

Hello Lecram and welcome to XOOPS forums

Yes there is a theme called "mp00" written by hsalazar. He in corporates the "hide buttons" for left and right navigation panels. I will try to find a link and edit this post
[EDIT] ok, here is THE LINK

WOW, thank you for the quick reply. I'll attend to this a bit later (got an exam and then class and then work).

Thanks again

Back again..I was wondering, is there anything other than this theme, as I feel this theme will change the board style/colors, etc. Is there a way to get just the script? Or even better, is there just a script out there that allows this?

Thanks...

The script is included in hsalazars theme. So have a deep look how it works and then adopt it to your theme! I think you can manage this

By the way you also could deactivate every block for single modules in the blocksadministration.
