Hi,

I don't think that you losed your forums.
Use something to edit your mySql database and you
will find your datas, something like phpmyadmin for example.

Once you will see your datas, backup them, uninstall and reinstall the modules.

every thing is good & this problem occure when i visible recent topics block what is problem

is this problem in recent topics block or not??
when i visible recent topic block error occure & no forum display at all???

I have not done anything but quickly glanced at the problem in the posts here.

The problem is that a function is declared/included in both a block and in the main forum page?
Couldn't that be resolved simply by using include_once instead of include?

Try to edit the file named newbbex_new.php and replace the line :
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/modules/newbbex/functions.php';

with :
include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/modules/newbbex/functions.php';
