Certain modules mess up layout

I have created a new theme and I am almost finished with it but I have ran into a strange problem.
Everything looks as it should when clicking the various links until I click on the contact Us Link and the form is displayed. It spreads my theme out horribly and you have to scroll from left to right to see the entire page. I don't understand why it would do this anyway because the form is not that large. I have not modded the form or module whatsoever.
It does the same thing if you click the "Submit News" link as well.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would cause this and how to possibly correct it? The centerblocks table is set to 99% and looks correct everwhere else. Just not within these two modules.

This is most likely cased by a table you created in your theme. Carefulyy go over your tables, make revisions and upload to see the changes. If you provide a link, I'm sure others may be able to spot it if the can view the source.

Not much of a help, but hopefully that directs your eyes in the right direction to look for a solution.

Thank you for the reply. I have been going over the tables but so far I have had no luck. I wish I could provide a link but I am developing it locally on my pc so I don't have it on the web yet anywhere. This one is definitely frustrating and has me scratching my head.

I can't for the life of me find the problem. Below is the code from "view source". Can anyone tell me where I went wrong from looking at the source code?

Thank you Stewdio. I kept messing around with it then it hit me what the problem was .....finally. I had two images that were larger than I intended. I meant to cut them down and forgot about them. I adjusted their size and all is well now. Thank you so much for the help you have offered me. I hope I can return the favor someday if needed.

Rather embarrassing after I posted for help then find it is a really silly image error that I should have corrected earlier.

No need to be embarresed. Posting your mistakes as are as powerfull as posting your successes. We all gain from others experience, and yours is a perfect example if people fine this post in a search.

Glad you got things working!
