I want one like a contact module. But with my owne fields. It shoud write it to the database and show the informations on my website. Is there some kind of module?

if I?m not mistaken you can do that with a module called "contact+" (plus)...
There you can enter fields on your own

There are several modules:

It is possible there are some more, please take a look within the downloads.
