Hey all,

Can anyone recommend a graphics tool for animated GIF manipulation/creation?

One specific thing I need to do is modify the colour of all the smilies packaged with Xoops. Since some are animated, I'm not too sure how I can go about doing this, short of finding a program to pull them apart and colourize each frame.

Photoshop 6.0 or above. Standard for graphic design and manipulation.

You can edit animated gifs for free athttp://www.gifworks.com.

Gimp, the windows port.

The closest opensource app to photoshop.
