Can some explain when the following function is used?

OpenWaitBox()

It's in the functions.php

In a few words: It isn't. I didn't find it once in a search through 2.0.5.1

I don't know if it is meant as an option to module developers to use.

It's on line 232.

There also a CloseWaitBox() function.

I am using 2.0.5.1 too..

Some confirmation pages (like 'Database has been successfully updated') use the waitbox function to 'animate' the loading of pages. I think it has been deprecated by now...

A search by my editor in all of 2.0.5.1 revealed only OpenWaitBox() in the function - not once was it found to be used.

Rgr. That is a great feature to have. Maybe in the next version have the option to be turned on or off.
