Has anyone had success with using the Headlines module and Amazon's (new) Associate XML generator?

I'm completely at a loss with this whole XML thing, but "Headlines" doesn't parse the XML that is generated by Amazon. It seems as though it's just an XML document, and not a true RSS doc.

Are there any modules out there that can parse an XML document and display it within Xoops?

Both Amazon and Ebay have create a store options (not just the XML) and then you could just intregrate the store into XOOPS using includes or one of the content modules, couldn't you?

what the ebay xml does is create a list of your items, quantity, prices, sorta like a catalogue or a price sheet.
someday i will just create the css file so that customers can print that price sheet (xml) from a XOOPS module.

right now i am making three free themes and several client themes plus have a couple XOOPS modules i need to finish... then we have the corporate business to take care of and a regular job. i need about 24 hours more per day.

I havent play with amazon xml, but sounds like it has possibilities.
