I dont know if this is for sure a bug or not but while I was examining the HTML output I noticed it has the meta tags below the closing head tag. But I thought the meta tags were supposed to be befor the closing head tag?

It's only a bug on yours because if you look at the source of this site here, you will see that what you report isn't true. I even looked at my site and my meta tags are in between the head tags.

I am running XOOPS 2.05.1 so how can I fix this?

hmmmmm seems this problem is related to that code showing problem where this code is showing
$myrow['submitter']; $i++; } return $ret; } ?>


That is the only page that seems to output the meta tags below the closing head tag.

Can you try deleting your userinfo.php file off your server and uploading a fresh copy? It seems that file is corrupt on your site.
