Does Xoops2 support outgoing RSS News feeds?

I can't seem to locate it anywhere. I didn't see any modules in the downloads area either.

I am wanting to migrate off e-xoops, but need to be able to push out RSS content to other sites. Anybody got any ideas on if this can be done in Xoops2?

The headlines module does this and it comes included in xoops2.

That's kind of what I figured, but I don't see any way to configure the format of the XML files or where it puts them. Is there any documentation on how to configure it?

I see where to configure incoming RSS feeds, but not where to configure outgoing ones.

I think an RSS news feed is automatically created... the file is yourxoopswebsite.com/backend.php
