Would appreciate if you can :
1. Recommend good software for editing CSS like I heard the best tool is Topstyle, any better recommendation?

2. If we want to use topstyle to edit CSS, what files should download from our own web & after editing, is it just ftp back to overwrite the old files?

3. Is it true that if we use Topstyle incooperate to Dreamweaver to edit CSS, that will be better?

4. Is topstyle userfriendly ? or any same tool more user friendly that topstyle?

I think alot of people like Topstyle. I use the Topstyle Lite version. You can download your style.css from your website and edit it in topstyle, then upload it to your theme by overwriting it.

Thanks CBlue for yr replied,is it just ftp back the style.css file only ( anymore related files need to download beside style.css ? and do we need to use Dreamweaver to open the topstyle lite to do the editing or just use the topstyle standalone to edit it then upload back to overwrite it?
