Xoops gallery not allow log in user to upload photo?

Dear all big big master.would appreciate your can help me to resove the problem, why when I act as a normal user to log in as a register user. I can't even upload the photo ( there is no icon to allow me to upload photo as a register right. Plse help........ I'm just know about XOOPS ( I felt very powerful but a lot to learn ) so consider a new bird, so need master bird to help.Thanks in advance!

Try going to System admin, choose groups, then registered users, then check the box for xoopsgallery in the Module Access Rights, then click on Update Group.
That should do it.

Also, you can only upload photos by clicking on the gallery link in your main menu and bringing up the main page of your gallery. All webmasters and users you give module access rights to, will see links to add photos. You also need to click on the permissions links to albums you create to add users that can view, upload, edit create, or delete photos and/or albums.
