I would like to have a way to force the new user to fill all or some field in the registration form.
Is there a way to do that?
For example, the new user can't finish the registration without giving a name or webpage, city etc

That has to be done in the register.php file in the XOOPS root directory. There should be code already in there for forcing people to fill out the username and password so find that code, and alter it to fit the other option you want to use it for and put it with that option just like it is for the username and password. I don't know where it is on the page but you can hunt for it.
