I want to change my website (http://www.tsomofos.com) to use the url http://www.swgmofos.com.

I have changed this in mainfile.php, however I (and everyone else) completely lose access to the website whenever I do this, and I end up having to change it back to tsomofos.com


Some help would be appreciated. Am I missing a step? Should all the urls automatically be updated when I change the URL in mainfile.php?

You did the right thing for XOOPS to use this url - the problem is - the domains are not both pointing to the same server:
