Add the following line:

echo '<pre>';print_r($block_arr);echo '</pre>';exit();

around line 127 of header.php just above

foreach (array_keys($block_arr) as $i) {

Let me know what you get after making this change.

Well I dont want to list EVRYthing that it lists as its pretty extensive...but upon log-in this is what I get...after adding the "echo"line

The problem seems to be that the query to database is returning empty values for block template names.
Try reuploading all files under modules/system/templates, or better upload all files under modules/system and update the module again from the module admin page.

should I upload 2.5 module sytem files...or from the patch. 2.05 Im guessing?

UPDATE: I uploaded the templates folder from 2.05...works now!

Should I still move over everything from system folder?
