Hmmmm,
I dont see a "proper" footer on my page as done from setup? Is it because the images Im using? I thought they would be in the background?

Can someone direct me to where I need to go to diplay the footer?

Or, I know this is a simple question:
Do I just need to anually add it in the template file?
(not a problem just making sure I did pass over an easier step)

administration menu -> system admin -> preferences ->meta tags and footer (edit)

you may have tried this, but if not try it.
