how to setup user rights of a moderator for a specific forum ?

I am green in this field. Thanks in advance for your kind help.

one might creat many forums in one XOOPS site, if I want to limit one moderator to one specific forum (for example, only XOOPS templates, but not other forums, the moderator could manage) How could I make that happen?

Choose administration menu,
Choose Change/edit forum
Choose the forum you want to edit
Here is a field where you ad/change/delete moderators of that forum

That's the place to change the moderator...However,If I assign the user rights to edit forum posts, he/she could also has the rights to edit posts in other forum, could the right of the moderator be forum-specific?
