I see that you have still 2.5.10 Beta version. You might download the latest XOOPS version directly from the repository, as it has moved to RC:
https://github.com/XOOPS/XoopsCore25/archive/master.zip

XOOPS 2.5.10-Beta
PHP Version 7.1.26

and it is runnning without problems

let me know if problem is still occuring after xoops update

@heyula,

You might want to make sure that the module uploaded to your server correctly. Specifically check to see if ./class/Helper.php exists.
