xLanguage small problem

xLanguage doesn't work on the user Meta Tags and Footers section

the [xx] and [/xx] tags don't show on the user side but only the "original" language shows up on the user side regardless of what language is chosen

It also doesn't work on block titles. You get "no valid token found"
