Need Help with xBootstrap Nav Menu

One of the links in my nav menu is a graphic and I can't get the text part of the nav menu to align properly.

you can go to rfu.in.ua to see the problem

the text is aligning with the top of the graphic. I would like it to align with the middle of the graphic

can someone help?

try following:
add in your themes/xbootstrap/style.css this code:
le="color: #000000"><?php .navbar-nav>li>a{ padding-top:15px !important; padding-bottom:15px !important; line-height:40px !important; }
