I downloaded Open Office. I opened your excel file named TURNING_calc_STV_demo.xls

I did a preview as if I watch it before printing. I made a screen print of this preview, I pasted in an image software and this is the result:

EDIT: I modified the link. Maybe it doesn't work with Windows 7 or 8.

Because I've put another link but it was too old. The software anyway seem not to be compatible with the latest versions of Windows.

Hmm I alway's do test with all versions even 8.1 to be sure that if anyone buy my files that they are working. Never had any complaines
I hade a look at your latest test, it seems the same

Oh, when you used the excel from open office it could be not working

I think you have not understood me. The software that was too old, it was one I had advised you here. I did not try it.

Don't you like the result of the images that I put you to download?

I used Photoshop but Gimp will do the same

Okay, the images aren't that bad, it's just difficult to compaire.
I will test Photoshop and Gimp first thing tommorow.
Can you give me the links one more time please.

Gimp : I have tests done for a few hours. For what I want to do it is not easy. With figure editing in PowerPoint reach quickly the same.
Will have to search further.

Depends what you want to do. If you just want simple screenshot, and add some comments, then the free Bug Shooting is pretty easy to use and very handy
