Please ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS provide following info:
- XOOPS version
- PHP version
- module version
- browser version

That will speed up fixing the issue

Go to: modules\xoopspoll\templates\blocks\xoopspoll_block_singlepoll.html and in line 19:
<div class='width90'><img src='<{$xoops_url}>/modules/xoopspoll/images/colorbars/<{$option.color}>' style='height: 14px; width: <{$option.percent}>%;' alt='<{$option.percent}>' />div>
remove the "%" sign as shown here: Quote:
<{$option.percent}>%
