OK, this is now done and it's working, i.e. if you leave the "Title", then the menu link will not show up empty, as it was before.
However, in your situation, there was another aspect - you should not mix multilingual menus with non-multilingal menus as it was the case with you.
In the Download area, you had listed the menus twice, once time in English and one time in Dutch. In the old setup it didn't matter.
However, in the new setup you have to use the language tags consistently in all menu links.
So in your case, you had before:

so when you switch the language, it will be still visible.
