Istant Messaging In Profile

Yesterday I was viewing some core files including function.xoMemberInfo.php and saw that the array contains user_icq | user_aim | user_yim | user_msnm.

Then I asked to see if these chats are still up and running, and having sailed on the site of AOL and AIM, I downloaded the chat and surprise, surprise I caught a nice virus that I'm still trying to eradicate.

A virus that infects the browser and slows down the loading of web pages in a drastic way.

Now I ask you saw what happened to me, it would not be appropriate to remove these values from both the plugin from the profile module during the registration users?

I await your answers.

Why in the world would you waste your time on going to check out AOL?????

You should be focusing on finishing TDMCreate 1.3.9 LOL

But seriously, sorry to hear that! I hope, you'll get rid of the virus soon! And get some Anti-virus software on your PC!!!

I think, we'll be doing some field clean up in XOOPS 2.6.0 or 2.6.1, but nothing in XOOPS 2.5.x
Support XOOPS => DONATE
Use 2.5.10 | Docs | Modules | Bugs

Re: Istant Messaging In Profile

In fact I installed an antivirus but did not detect this malware because reading on other sites in the network is created so as not to be detected if installed with other programs, and since AOL seems harmless, it is easy to fall for it inside.

However, as soon as I finished updating all my sites,'ll start with TDMCreate 1.3.9

Promised!
