I created a simple mini tutorial for installation & management xoops on wampserver.

If it had already been created here on the forum or in the news, let me know we can create one in more detail.

All this because I had contact with users who still use xoops 2.0.18, and for this reason I am working to make sure that users do not abandon xoops or leave out because there are not enough useful information and simple.

The majority of users who use xoops for their sites, they are not aware of the source code, especially the php code.

We know that there are pdf files with documentation and installation, but not everyone knows how and where to download them.

I think we need to do this to make known to them all.
