SmartFAQ: I cannot reproduce it. Did you make any changes the files? Was it an update from an older version or fresh installation?

Could anybody else reproduce it?

I think, you'll need to turn the "php_curl" extension in your PHP installation. If you cannot do it yourself, please talk to your host to do it for you.

I do the pure smartfaq installation and attach base, I grant the rights and a clean sheet when calling on main the module. If to go to pages directly, they are displayed normallyhttp://komilfoclub.ru/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=43

new sections aren't added

Hmm, I am not sure, I understand the issue. Could be more detailed? Having a screenshot showing what is wrong, is always helpful.

It almost looks like you have issues with correct setup of your Website.

Your SmartFAQ on your Website has a different URL then the error itself:

It seems like there is another installation of SmartFAQ

If the module is installed, everything works, categories are added. The problem arises when the base from the former version of the module is connected

But that's a configurations issue, and not SmartFAQ issue.

You need to find out why XOOPS is connecting to the old version, and fix it. There should be only one version of SmartFAQ installed and accessible by XOOPS
