xForm is already added (see the list above).

As next, I'll be working on (or testing):

- xfGuestbook
- extCal
- ModuleInstaller
- MyLinks (from Zyspec)
- News (almost done)
- Oledrion (together with Voltan)
- SmartPartner
- xContent
- xDonations
- XoopsFAQ
- XoopsPartners

You can help by testing the existing Beta/RC releases of the above modules for bugs

After that I'll be looking into merging eForms with xForms, unless the author of eForms will merge them for us (he was going to do it, but I didn't see him lately around here)

Sth is wrong in Transifex. Eg. a source (english lang) for WF-Links is quite different than english lang files in final version on svn.

In files I've got content for final version (everything, what is important + additional lines for ver. 1.09 + old codes, propably not used in 1.09). In Transifex I see a new definitions (in admin.php there are about 30 lines), and I can't find a part of code from english lang files, still being in use in 1.09.

Other thing: in this moment I can't translate a part of modules from Basic Module Pack (eg. xoopstube) - they are locked in Transifex.

OT. I sugest test and check APcal (to place it in Basic Pack). From one side, this is very good calendar based on old pical, with great features (googlemaps, possibility to create a list of guest on the event etc.), from the other side there are only two developers (AntiqueL and goffy), so module has a lot of bugs. It will be good to have such calendar in xoops library.

I have tested WF-Downloads 3.21 Final. It works fine: one problem. The RSS-icon and link don't appear, not in the index view, not in de the category views. I did have a similar problem in 3.2 RC. Then I changed some things in index.php and viewcat.php where rss is coded:

$rsslink=sprintf("",WFDOWNLOADS_URL."rss.php"_MD_WFD_LEGENDTEXTRSSXOOPS_URL."/".$xoopsModuleConfig['mainimagedir']."/icon/rss.gif",_MD_WFD_LEGENDTEXTRSS_MD_WFD_LEGENDTEXTRSS'' ); //changed by Zyspec

Now I cannot manage. I tested with the 3.21 scripts and templates.

How can I get it working ?

Thanks, Drieben

xForms: Chaptcha not working !

xForms is a clone of Liaise. In Liaise 1.27, a Chaptcha can be used: it works fine ! In xForms, 1.21 the use of the Chaptcha can be selected in the general settings, but it doesn't work. All Chaptcha code of Liaise 1.27 is not included in the xForms package.

Can this feature be added tot xForms 1.21 ?

Thanks !

SMEDrieben

A few hours later: sorry, I cannot remove this comment. In fact the XoopsCaptcha works for anonymous users. That is OK.

xForms: Chaptcha not working !

1) You need to turn it on in the Preferences, in case it is not turned on yet

2) Captcha is NOT visible to Admin, i.e. you need to logout and try it as anonymous or registered user, but not as Admin.

If it is bug-free, we could include it as "alternative" calendar, but the current focus will be on extCal, as it is using more our API and the "blue move" architecture.
I actually have to admit that I didn't look lately at APcal, so I don't if it was rewritten. PiCal was not taking advantage of our current API.

Busy translating Mytabs I noticed the settings link in module admin opens xoops general settings. The go to module link goes back to module admin. Also there is a comments link which has nothing to do with the Mytabs module. Why not remove these irrelevant links?

I did not check this yet, but this could be an issue with more modules without settings or a page accessible by users.

Again, great job on these mods!

As to where to go from here, I think the most important mods are extcal and news...

I like extcal because you can attach doc, pdf and other files. If you use XOOPS for an organization, this feature is really essential. Every event has a pdf brochure.

As to news, I like it better than AMS, but would really like to see better SEO...

In any event, I hope you can get extcal and news up and running in the near future.

First, thanks for the translations! I hope, more people will contribute to translations!

Reg. the links: they are provided by Core, not by the module. In the future, Core should check if the module provides "Preferences" or "Blocks" or the other elements there, and show them only, if they are available in the module.

I just updated extCal to extCal 2.37 RC2:

Reg. News, the version 1.68 is at work, but I'll have to do some more testing.

I hope that DCrusader will be back here, so he could take care of it. I'm just focusing right now on the modules debugging.
In the meantime, just translate the modules on SVN, and we can merge them later into Transifex.
