How do I apply these templates to my xoops site ?

http://www.atomicwebsitetemplates.com/

they have a download file for each templates and i just don't know how to make it work on my site?

These are just "theme templates" that would have to be converted to a XOOPS Theme in order to use them.

I recommend to purchase the "Designing for XOOPS" book, which explains in detail how to do it.
