I uploaded the new publisher, updated it in modules, cleared all the caches, updated again, and there's no change.

the links i gave above are still showing a grey box instead of an image

that's with xoops 2.4.5

I don't know where you got that from, but debug mode doesn't show those errors

maybe its a file/folder permission issue and thumbs cannot be created?

now after doing the update I'm getting this error

/Frameworks/moduleclasses/moduleadmin/ is required!!!

I can't edit anything. I can't add any articles

and the error is showing on a white screen

Please upgrade your xoops version to 2.5.5
Make sure you have ModeleAdmin within your /Frameworks/moduleclasses/. Lots of blue move modules need this.

1) I"m not interested in doing any further upgrades to xoops because they are never problem free

2) I'm using 2.4.5 which it was supposedly tested on
