To resolve the issue with my old News, I am back to using Xoops 2.5.3 with the Javascript calendar files from Xoops 2.5.1a.

/include/calendar.js
/include/calendarjs.php

This all seems to work.

A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

Now I have the right year and month in the calendar, but February has 40 days!

Yes, looks like every month has 6 weeks

We'll need to fix it in RC.

Hi again mamba. And again with the same problem. I found something innusual. In english version of XOOPS, the modules works fine with the date/time system, and the other modules too,but in spanish Im having the same problem again.

And happen anothen problem on XOOPS 2.5.5; using news 1.66 module, when Im writing a new articule, in the section of "date/time" I can display the calendar, and everything looks well (considering that in fact, february show 40 days), even I can click on a date and get the correct date. But when I press for a preview, it show me the date of publish like "1/1/1970" again. This happens when I want to edit an article too.

Do you know what can I do to solve the problem? Thanks fo everything.

Ryuaka: With the dutch language files we had the same news module problem in xoops 2.5.4. I fixed this by changing global.php in the core language files like this:

http://www.frxoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=35445&post_id=218518#forumpost218518

But if this also must be done like this in xoops 2.5.5... Who can tell?

Hi flipse, thanks for answer, thats exactly what Im looking for, the file where that lines are, 'cause I identify the problem, but didnt know where file was the problem.

Apparently, XOOPS takes the date/time format like "Y-n-j G:i:s" and when probably somebody make the traduction to spanish changes the format to "j/n/Y G:i:s" and thats makes news crash in date/time system.

Thanks flips, I solve my problem too.
