Since:

A Dutch hoster made a nice Wordpress plugin called "Repress" https://all4xs.net/ . It's main function is re-routing blocked and censored websites by being a proxy. Wouldn't it be nice to have such as a xoops module? Is anyone willing to code this?

I'm not saying this couldn't or shouldn't be done. But be aware that if a legitimate websight was to install that sort of thing, it would open them to severe liability issues.

If you're a pirate with a bird on yer shoulder, yeah sure that works.

I have a secure member's only proxy service, but it is located "outside" of my xoops install.

The more I know, the more I know that I really didn't wanna know.

I agree Dante, but I guess initiatives like these are merely for making a statement. And making statements is important for changing this world to a more positive one. Enabling sites like the Pirate Bay is important, but my main concern are people living in not free country's. Not being able to read independent news about what is going on in their country and the world in general.
