TDMDownloads, Version 1.61 there's an issue with my first file category. I get 500 errors when trying to access it, although the sub-categories below it are fine. (Checked all tables related to the module and they are fine)

And in addition I see these reflected in my logs from my accessing the admin side:

[Sat Oct 08 10:51:05 2011] [error] [client 71.65.112.157] File does not exist: /home/?????/public_html/reguser/modules/TDMDownloads/css/menu.css, referer: http://infernallogic.com/reguser/modules/TDMDownloads/admin/permissions.php

I have no clues.....

This link will reproduce the error. I'll post debug info later...

There is no debug info related to the 500 errors..
I attempted to revert back to 1.5 without success.
If ANY groups are given access to the first file category (my xoops related files) it crashes on access. I have since blocked all access to the category.

Why is the default "XOOPS Version:" in the file description template?
I have less than 50 XOOPS related files compared to over 600 others that require "Platform" in that spot.

Display format is a mess when viewing Categories. It looks like I'll be spending a few days to fix several things like:

1) Move the "edit" link from the bottom of the page back to the top after filename to prevent the "Extra Keystroke" crap needed to access it.

2) Figure out what was done to throw the category image displays outta whack and just why the number of files is now an active link.

3) Add faint gray lines to denote eof on display lists for clarity.

4) Product Logos where auto-resized for what reason? I spent cumulative hours editing the logos to the correct size just to have them all resized too small.

My suspicion is that the category access issue is related to an oddity I encountered with 1.5 where 8 spurious files with 1 character filenames ended up on the master file list. They pointed to actual file entries, but were somehow added to the database.
The database has always checked out fine. Hell it still checks out fine, although I know there's a problem somewhere.

I'm open to suggestions that don't involve me re-creating over 600 file descriptions and graphics.

The more I know, the more I know that I really didn't wanna know.

So is this file really missing or what?

File does not exist: /home/?????/public_html/reguser/modules/TDMDownloads/css/menu.css, referer: http://infernallogic.com/reguser/modules/TDMDownloads/admin/downloads.php

Every admin pageload produces this error.
The more I know, the more I know that I really didn't wanna know.

A bump with an additional request for assistance:

Where do I find the template to change the details listed on the "Latest List"?

This miss-spelling is throughout the module.

Reat Is supposedly "Rate".

There seem to be duplicate paths depending on how you enter the module. For instance, if I use "Search" and click on a file, I see a different template than if I click on a "Latest" link found on my cms front page.

I had edited a file to show the "Edit" admin button on top of the display rather than at the bottom, and found it only appears depending on how I enter the file area...

The more I know, the more I know that I really didn't wanna know.

You tell me! Look at that directory and see if it's there. If it is, make sure it is not empty. If it is not empty, make sure it has read permissions (644).
If it is not there, download and reupload TDMDownloads files.

You can edit language definitions in TDMDownloads/language/english/main.php

/modules/TDMDownloads/css/menu.css

It's missing. I got the module (1.61) from a link you posted.

Thanks for the heads up on the "Rate" info.

The info was in "blocks.php" same directory.
I was able to fix the rating display, but I found that correcting the bad spelling is problematic:

define("_MB_TDMDOWNLOADS_REATING","Rating: "); <-I fixed the display attribute, but there's a deeper issue.

_MB_TDMDOWNLOADS_REATING is apparently coded in...

What really matters is the displayed string, the definition key(constant) is not important.
