Hi Everyone,

I am nearing completion of a Xoops site. But, all throughout the process, I am unable to select the 'Register' option.

Every time, it comes back to the screen saying I do not have access. I have checked every security feature possible to do this.

Any ideas how to fix it? Without a fix, the site can't launch.
