Hello, please i'm need a comment module more advanced that the one that Xoops uses. Something with options like " hands up" "hands down" and if possible to permit you to comment there using your facebook account or an Open-ID. Is there anything like that? Thank you!

Don't bother with Xoops comment system, use disqus.com

yes, xoops comment system is very old fasioned, i already reported it but they think if it works well there there is no problem..

They seems not to see how important is to have a modern facebook, or discuss like system...

i d be carefull with integrating discuss, it s not a good idea if you have your own community because it wont use your website profiles.

I've researched and my conclusion is that if your blog is public like eg. news site... you don't need community related to you website. Just a place for readers to say their opinion about article.

If you're community website, then use xoops comment system, with login etc, but it's oldfashioned doz you have no option to join via facebook or twitter like somekind of openid.

Just my opinion. :)

comment is designed as a plugin in Xoops Engine.
The feature is not completed yet.
