Went to upload two files (both PDFs) today. First one went fine. Second one errors out. Thought it might be the size, but within limits. So tried uploading a 2-page Word doc and received the same message - which simply says errors were returned and nothing more.

As Mamba said...... need more info. Upload what, via what (module, ftp, xoops core function of some sort) to what?

Have you changed anything since the last time you uploaded?
Have you asked your hosting provider if they've altered something?
Is your webspace full?
