Hallo,
I installed Xoops.
1. Problem: in the main Admin menu there are two warnings:

WARNING: Folder /www/MW_PPnRGaG/ff_lib is inside DocumentRoot!
For security considerations it is highly suggested to move it out of DocumentRoot.

(I rename and move the original folder outside htdocs, as suggested...)

WARNING: Folder /www/MW_PPnRGaG/ff_data is inside DocumentRoot!
For security considerations it is highly suggested to move it out of DocumentRoot.

(I rename and move the original folder outside htdocs, as suggested...)

If you move it out or rename it again, the page .../htdocs/admin.php remain empty.
What to do

2. Problem. In the control panel if you choose any icon, the page .../htdocs/admin.php remain empty.

what's the problem?
Thanks for any suggestion

You need to update your mainfile.php with the new directories names/locations
Support XOOPS => DONATE
Use 2.5.11 | Docs | Modules | Bugs

Thanks for reply.

I look the all configuration, it seems to be OK
for example:
define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', '/www/MW_PPnRGaG/irpweb/htdocs/');
utilise the absolute path. Is it OK?
Is there some other file to configure other than manifile.php?

Question: why if you move the Lib and Data folder anywere and you change the path to them, the warning as mentioned, always come out. What is the problem?
The main foler of the Server is "/".

Thanks again.
If you have some example of the configuration, please...

Yes:
define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.irprout.it/irpweb/htdocs');

is there a possibility of some problem with the provider?

Thanks
