Trabis, thanks for clarifying it! I was looking at the Preferences, but totally forgot to look into Permissions!

At least RiazShahid can now see the whole power of the Publisher!!!

Ya, I never expected that it might be there in the preferences, its really superb with lot of features. But I think you need to reconsider the "default" setting, place bit more options as default, or give any sort of clear instructions about it.
