I have just purchased the latest Inspire 10 theme from the http://www.insraq.me/en/ website, and after following the installation and setup instructions, I am un-able to get the drop down menu's to work with my latest Xoops 2.4.5 installation.

Also, I have another 2 questions:

1. How do I get the same exact color theme (the bottom part below the drop down menu)?

2. How can I slow down the slideshow to atleast few seconds and not right away, or how can I make the slideshow not go to next slide, until the user clicks the left or right arrow to move on to next slide?

I thought that after I would purchase the theme, that my Xoops 2.4.5 website would look just the same as the demo site on the http://www.insraq.me, with drop down menu's and color theme, plus the slideshow working without any problem, but it seems that it does not work the way the demo site is set up. I also thought that there would be an option somewhere on how to edit the drop down menu, and if there is no options, can I edit some of my Inspire 10 Premium theme files to make the drop down menu work on the theme?

The demo site url by the way is: http://insraq.me/client/demo/index.php?xoops_theme_select=inspire10

Please help me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance.

Update:

Okay, I got the slideshow feature to work now. Made a small error in where the slideshow block appears.

Still need help with how to make the drop down menu appear (even if I have to edit some files manually..), and how to use the same theme colors as used in the demo site below the drop down menu.

Also, there is a drop down menu working, which is currently showing the drop down menu with the News module.

Any idea how I can custom select 7 - 8 drop down menu's, or which files in the main Inspire theme I would have to edit?

Thank you very much.

I had to mess around with the blocks administration, and now my website looks the way it should be - including the color theme that is below the drop down menu in the demo site.

All that I am missing now, is the drop down menu.

I am thinking that the drop down menu is auto generated, based on the content module / ... - if drop down menu is necessary / compatible.

Therefore, I am thinking of somehow to trick the system into displaying custom menu links - would maybe have to mess around Xoops administration or the theme / template.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

For Premium theme support, please contact me for better support.

It seems that you've missed the slideshow on this page:

http://insraq.me/en/blog/inspire-10-lite-and-premium

In the slideshow, I explain how to set up the theme correctly. You problem will be solved after you watched it.

For the source code, I've made some comments to help you modify it. Please preserve an original version. So if you encounter errors after modification, you can always recover to the original version.

Regards,
Insraq

RE: Insraq

I figured out how to make the slideshow work yesterday, but I am still having problems on how to make a custom drop down menu work.

Also, I sent you an e-mail and I used the Contact page on your website to send you the same message that I sent you by e-mail.

Thank you very much.

Thanks to Insraq, and some custom file editing, I was able to make the Inspire 10 Premium theme work the way I want it to.

Also, I was using an older version of the Inspire 10 Premium theme, which has few old files, that prevented the slideshow from working.

And I had to custom edit the system_block_mainmenu.html file to make the custom drop down menu.

Thank you very much.
