Scrolling Partners and Scrolling Thumbnails

I attempted to place both the scrolling partner block (SmartPartner 2) and scrolling thumbnails block (XCGallery 2.03) on the right side of the page with the scrolling partners above the thumbnails.

When I did this, the partner block disappeared.

I tried to place the scrolling thumbnails elsewhere on the page and they didn't show up.

Do the two blocks cancel each other out if they are on the same page?

XOOPS version?
The XcGal is monopolizing the windows.onload event:
window.onload = initScrollerObjs;

This must be replaced by a chainable function.
Try to replace it by
xoopsOnloadEvent(initScrollerObjs);
Check also the other module.
