See xoops_makepass() for new passwords and /include/checklogin.php for logging in a user.

Thanks ghia, i have yet made to autoregister user and autoconnect from facebook.

I have changed the module name to fbxconnect but didn´t make diferent module for the moment.

Hope that people could test it and see how to take more advantage from things like this.

is needed to change in index.php in line 65 from

$email = $uid . "@getxo2.es";

to your domain, because facebook didn´t say us the user mail.

it can be downloaded for test at xoops spanish support.

Need some configuration information. It doesn't work as the readme.
help please.

In Facebook settings basic tab, there's nothing called "call back url" and " post url"

In the Authentication tab, there's "Post-Authorize Callback URL" and "Post-Remove Callback URL"
Also in the canvas tab, there's "Canvas Callback URL" and "Post-Authorize Redirect URL"

So which ones do we have to fill?

Under the xoops module prefrences, it says
"Facebook call back url" and
"Facebook post url"

He you,

is a really nice module. But why do you use for the xoops uname the facebook uid? My Xoops show me this facebook uid as username and i think you can imagine, this looks not really nice. My problem is now, i can not change it. If i change the uname to the facebook username, i can not use the FBconnect. Can you give me a short hint how i can change it?

Hi,
I don't know how you can do it but I think that you can use an if statement in the wblock or who is online module, eg: if username is numeric, use the full name, because Facebook has the full name and not use username, because this is the email.

Hi oswaldo,

yeah i think this is the best way to do this. I think the other way is to change the login process, but this is to much work for this, so i will do it with an if....else process. But the first thing i have to do is, to find out which files i have to change for this process.
