Hello,

I have a block that has all groups (including anonymous) selected in the admin page for viewing. However when I am logged out, the block does not show. Where exactly in the database can I adjust this change or track down what's missing.

About which block and module are you talking?
It is not because the block is visible that the content of it is. This can also be protected by the module's (category) permissions. Eg a latest News block will not show if there are no News categories visible for the anonymous user.

This is the Recently Replied Topics block from CBB that is on my Top Page.

Updating the CBB persmissions fixed the issue, thanks.
