I just updated from xoops2.3.3 to xoops 2.4.4 everything is running perfect except one thing.

If i upload a module to be installed it is not showing up in the modules admin page for me to press install. what could this problem be?

Is the uploaded module properly aligned?
You have to have /modules/mymodule/xoops_version.php
Which module (name, version) is it?
(Try always to upload and install one module at a time)
Any messages with debug on?

Well I did not installed protector while i was running xoops2.3 but figured i would install it after i upgrade to xoops2.4.4

Now when i go into the admin panel and go system>modules>
The list of installed modules is there, but at the bottom where there should be the list of uninstalled modules it is not showing protector or any other module I upload. I have downloaded multiple different modules made for xoops 2.4 and have uploaded them, checked to see if i can see them and then delete them so i can try another one.

Also the page looks a little messed up, I still have it set to default backend look, but now the page has got the list of modules double spaced and a few more things, here is a pic of how it looks.

This is the page /modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin

I think it may have something to do with inside the system module?

Anyone know why is it that when i upgraded from xoops 2.3.3b to xoops 2.4.4 that i can not see modules to install when i upload them to my modules folder via ftp.

The only module that i have in the folder that is not installed is xoBile 1.2

I read in this Topic xoBile (XOOPS Mobile) [v1.2 RTT]

Requirements:
- XOOPS 2.4*
- PHP 5 *

I have both xoops 2.4.4 and php 5

When I login with the admin account and password and goto the admin options click system then click modules to see the modules that are installed and modules not installed. I can see the modules that are installed but i do not see xobile

The page address is as followed
/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin

In Debug mode i get this

Module Version Action
